Shelby Goode was born in Sacramento, California, 1949. He received his B.F.A from Florida International University (Miami) in 1973.
Mr. Goode’s work has been exhibited at:
– Miami Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art, Miami, Florida, 1977
– F.I.U. Graduate and Faculty Show, 1976
– “Sculpture Of Florida” at the Norton Gallery, West Palm Beach, Florida, 1975
A major influence of his was the work of Juan Gonzalez (1942-1992), a graduate of the University of Miami, 1973.
